You can now make your monthly payment online. We have provided you with a link to SpeedPay - a service provided by a third party that allows you to make payments using a bank account or debit card. A fee may apply. Make a payment now!

Direct Debit or ACH    
CitiFinancial Auto Online - ACH/Direct Debit Enrollment Don't worry about lost checks, late payment fees or additional interest associated with missed payments. Direct Debit is a free service available from CitiFinancial Auto that electronically deducts your monthly payment from your specified checking or savings account.

If you are paying on behalf of a business or third party, you must complete the enrollment form (Adobe Acrobat file) and submit a voided check by mail or fax to the address on the form.

You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the enrollment form.
Check or Debit Card By Phone    

You can make a payment from your checking account or from a debit card 24/7 by phone. Call CitiFinancial Auto at 1-800-486-1750 and select the Payment by Phone option. When you pay by debit card, all you need is your CitiFinancial Auto account number or Social Security number and your debit card. When you pay by check, you will also need some basic information that can be found on a blank check.
  • Bank Name and Location (City and State)
  • Check Number
  • Checking Account Number
  • ABA Routing Number
  • Check Amount

Once the transaction is completed, be sure to void the check in your checkbook. You may incur a fee when using the Payment by Phone option.

Western Union Quick Collect®    
If you need to make your payment through Western Union, you need to locate the nearest Western Union office either by by going to their Web site and clicking on FIND AGENT LOCATION or by phone at 1-800-325-6000. You will need to bring your payment in cash plus $12.95 for the service fee. Some locations have available payment by debit/credit card, which will have an additional service charge. Ask the Western Union representative for a Quick Collect® form and fill out the following information:
  • Name, Address, and CitiFinancial Auto Account Number
  • Code City: CFAuto
  • Code State: TX

Once transaction is complete, retain the Money Transfer Control Number and contact us to confirm receipt.

MoneyGram ExpressPaymentsm    
To locate the nearest MoneyGram ExpressPaymentsm location to you, please call 1-800-926-9400 or
visit their Web site. You will need to bring payment in cash plus $8.95 for the service fee. The MoneyGram ExpressPaymentsm form will require:
  • Name, Address, and CitiFinancial Auto Account Number
  • CitiFinancial Auto Receive Code: 1548

Once completed, contact us to confirm receipt.
